How the M3 process accomplishes its objectives
The M3 Process recognizes that there are 3 phases necessary to achieve significant and sustainable levels of transformation. It guides participants through each phase using a mixture of trainings, experiential learning, coaching, mentoring and collaborative engagements.
The first step on the path of any form of transformation is to learn, embrace and commit to a new way of thinking.
The second step requires adopting a new lens through which you both view and engage your environment that supports your new mindset.
The third step involves learning and implementing new processes and systems that work within your model; reflect your mindset and manifests your transformation.

Learning the new Mindset
At the core of the program is a powerful on-line course based on my book on 'Developing the Conscious Leadership Mindset for the 21st century'.
The course deepens leaders’ sense of self-awareness, reduces the damaging effects of ego, and increases their ability to build trust, mobilize talent and leverage both to achieve far greater results with much less effort.
The training is further enhanced thru weekly 30 minute, one on one, coaching sessions that run parallel with the course work.
This combination helps participants to quickly grasp and implement Conscious Leadership concepts while preparing them for the new Models and the Methods that complete the M3 Process for Leadership and Organizations Transformation.
Learning the new Model
The M3 process introduces the innovative Organizational Trinity (OT) as a new lens through which to view and engage your organization.
The Organizational Trinity defines the 3 hidden forces that are 100% responsible for all performance and productivity in all organizations. They are: Tribes, Knowledge Networks and Cultures.
The program provides detailed training on the nature of each aspect of the OT; how each individually impacts performance and how to integrate the three components in order to exponentially increase the power and impact of your organization’s human capital.
Learning the new Method
It is in the Methods that transformation is manifested. The Bigger Know Principles of Conscious Leadership (BKPCL) provides that Method.
Th BKPCL is a finely tuned eight step leadership system that leads the leader through their transformation into a becoming 21st century ready Conscious Leader in Action.
The training begins by focusing the leader on self-awareness and reveals hidden issues that inhibit their ability to lead. Next, they learn to identify, unlock and release more of the collective genius hidden in their teams.
Once they understand how to maximize their personal powers and those of their teams, they are given Methods that increase the power of that genius.
