Business Owners Mastermind Sessions
Because you should not have to go it alone.
“Businesses don’t go out of business because the owners run out of money. They go out of business because the owners run out of the TIME they need to learn what they need to learn to stay in business.” -Jeffrey Deckman
As a business owner, we are members of a very distinctive tribe. Not many people can really relate to the challenges we face or the business world in which we live.
As people who own the businesses we run we are a different breed from others in executive management positions. Not better, just different.
We are not only more independent-minded but we also do not have many people we can talk to about the uniquely complex issues we face as a business owner such as being personally accountable and liable for every action everyone in the organization faces. Our pressures are different and our support needs are different.
That is why I have created the Business Owner’s MasterMind Program.
Think of it as a meeting of the minds between fellow owners who share their unique experience, strength, and wisdom with one another in order to solve complex problems, develop growth strategies and to vet new ideas more effectively as they build their companies.
In summary, the Business Owner’s MasterMind Program is a gathering of peers in a safe environment who work together to provide high-level support and to shorten the learning curves of their fellow business owners.
How It Works
Your “tribe” meets as a group once per month. Meetings last 4 hours. They can either be held from 8:00 AM til noon; 1:00 PM til 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM til 2:00 PM. Out of respect for everyone’s time, they start on time and they end on time.
Each meeting is facilitated to ensure each participant gets equal time to be the focus of the group’s attention and the beneficiary of their collective experience and expertise.
In addition, each participant gets a personal one-hour coaching session with once per month to address any issue of importance. I am also available for on-call emergency coaching to the members if needed.
